POLICIES:
RESERVATIONS:
- Phone reservations between 10am and 5pm.
- Valid Credit Card required for reservations. Credit Card will be charged for no shows, any damages,or theft.
- Check in hours 3pm—8pm in summer, 3pm—7pm in winter with reservations.
- Check out by 11:00am. No late check out times.
- There is a minimum 2-day stay required for the following Holidays: July 4th week, Labor Day weekend, Memorial Day Weekend.
- Re-Unions, Large Group Rentals, and Special Events must be set up in advance, with Non-refundable deposit and specific restrictions.
CANCELLATIONS:
- You must cancel 3 days prior to your stay. If you cancel after the 3-day notice FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED. We cannot be responsible for the weather, medical emergencies, Or other unforeseen events. We don’t charge extra for sunshine, but no refunds for rain or Shortened stays!!
- If reserving more than 1 room, you must cancel one week prior to your reservation to avoid Being charged.
- One week cancellation notice required for Holiday Reservations, 2 weeks notice for 2 or more rooms. The Holidays are: The week of July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, And Spring Break.
ROOM POLICIES:
- ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING.
- If you smoke in room, a $100 Cleaning Fee will be charged To credit card on file.
- Overnight guests only, no visitors allowed. Make room reservations to accommodate all your family And friends as only the overnight guests are allowed on property.
- You are responsible for everyone in your party. Any damages to property or room will be charged to your credit card on file.
- Please do not take items out of room for outside use; such as towels, furniture, kitchen items, etc. Bring your own towels for outside use for swimming/fishing; as well as your own Bar-B-Q grill Utensils. We have Bar-B-Q grills, but you must bring your own cooking items for grilling.
- No Hot Plates/Skillets or other cooking devices allowed in Non-Kitchen units, only micro-wave use.
- Cooking allowed only in Kitchen Units.
GENERAL POLICIES:
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
- NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.
- ALCOHOL POLICY: Enjoy your favorite beverage if you choose. Please keep alcohol in public areas limited. No drunkenness or profanity on property.
- Quiet hours are 9:00pm to 9:00am.
- Bar-B-Q grilling in designated areas only. Bring your own grilling utensils; do not take items outside of rooms.
- No campfires or fireworks.
- Please do not leave your fishing poles unattended. Be respectful of others and don’t "hog" the pier with several fishing poles for only 1 person.
- Adult supervision of your children required at all times.
- No Life Guard on Duty, Use of Lake is at your own risk.
- We assume no responsibility for loss by fire, theft, accident or storms.
- Any unforeseen situations will be resolved at owners’ discretion.
- THANK YOU FOR HELPING KEEP LAKE PALESTINE CLEAN!! Put all cigarette butts and trash in trash receptacles.
